As a College Counselor/AmeriCorps member, you will receive a 25 percent scholarship discount. Additionally, your AmeriCorps education award may be applied to the cost of the tuition: Total Tuition (30 credits x 465 per credit): $13,950
Less Scholarship Discount (25 percent of tuition): $3,488
Less Education Award (Provided by AmeriCorps at end of service period): $4,725
Net Tuition: $5,737 As a College Counselors/AmeriCorps Member, you may also elect to have the net cost of tuition deducted from your service stipend, which means you can earn the Advanced Certificate degree with zero out-of-pocket costs and/or student loans.
