Successful candidates will have: - A master's degree in school counseling;
- Meet Loyola's admission requirements;
- Proven ability to work with students, parents, faculty and staff;
- Excellent verbal, written and computer skills;
- Proficient computer skills;
- Ability to manage multiple projects;
- Strong planning and organizational skills;
- Demonstrated program development and management experience;
- Ability to work independently and analytically, exercise discretion and good judgement;
- Willingness to handle complex and detail-oriented work;
- Team-oriented toward program and design, implementation and evaluation;
- High energy, creativity; ability to assume responsibility, take initiative, and develop new programs; and
- No criminal record and a commitment to work in a drug-free environment.
