Greyhound Grille

The Greyhound Grille serves breakfast Monday - Friday, and lunch and dinner daily. At breakfast, enjoy cage-free, organic eggs cooked to order, as well as omelettes, pancakes, french toast, and more. For the rest of the day, the Greyhound Grille offers fresh, never-frozen burgers, hand-cut french fries, house-breaded chicken tenders, and more. Vegan and vegetarian grilled items available daily!

Our bakery products are the highlight of the day. For breakfast we create and offer a display of breads, muffins, bagels, and English muffins with a variety of spreads, jams and jellies. For lunch and dinner, our desserts are sure to satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth with a selection of freshly baked pies, cakes, breads, muffins, and pastries, all made in the campus bakery daily!

Market Fresh Salads

When you want a delicious salad with high quality ingredients, this is the place to go! When in season, organic and locally-grown fruits and vegetables are purchased from nearby farms. Home-made dressings and a wide variety of oils and vinegar to allow our guests to customize a delicious, healthy salad that’s great as a side dish or a meal in and of itself.
