Refectory
The Refectory offers faculty, staff, and administrators a quiet setting for lunch
with a variety of dishes sure to satisfy even the most sophisticated palate. Students
and visitors are permitted to eat in The Refectory during lunch only if they are a
guest of an employee.
Normal Hours of Operation
The Refectory seating are will be open Monday-Friday 11:00 am - 1:30 pm for Faculty and Staff. However, The Refectory is currently not serving any food options. We encourage Faculty and Staff to dine in other locations on campus including Boulder, Boulder 2.0, Green Peel, Sushi, etc.
We have expanded our grab and go selections in Boulder and Boulder 2.0 if you are looking for a quick option.
Also, we encourage all faculty and staff to download Grubhub, and set up their "Campus Dining" account to be able to preorder from Boulder Deli, Starbucks, Crafted, Boulder Pizza, Boulder 2.0 Salad Bar, or many more locations on campus. You place your order on your phone and skip the line by just showing up after the determined time to get your order.
