Refectory offers faculty, staff and administrators a quiet setting for lunch with a variety of dishes sure to satisfy even the most sophisticated palate. Students and visitors are permitted to eat in The Refectory during lunch only if they are a guest of an employee.

In Fall 2016, the Refectory opened its doors to students of the Junior and Senior classes for dinner, Monday through Thursday evenings. The Refectory offers a more intimate dining experience, served buffet style, with similar but elevated menu offerings.

Faculty Lunch: 11:30 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.

Monday - Thursday
Student Dinner: 5:30 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (Juniors and Seniors)

Refectory is CLOSED for the summer, but will return in the Fall 2017. In the meantime, Boulder Café is open Monday-Friday 8:30am-2:30pm.
