Event Services employs students as part-time staff for various positions. Hours are flexible except for those events which are large enough to necessitate a mandatory call.
In regard to the role of the student staff, the operative words are "successful implementation of event support." In order for this program to continue to grow, guests of the college must receive superior service during their visit to Loyola. The student staff is a vital part of this service, and you will be expected to act in accordance with the guidelines set out for you. Always remember that you are the first contact our guests have with the University. Your actions will create the first impression of the staff and University. The key to the success of this program, as well as any other successful business, is service. Service is the common thread that is woven through every aspect of your work.
