2016 Diversity Reading Groups

Join the Conversation!

Open to all faculty, staff, students and administrators

One lunchtime a week in October

Each year, Diversity Reading Groups offer a range of great reading opportunities in the month of October designed to invite every member of the Loyola community into shared conversations about diversity and inclusion. This year's groups support efforts to engage questions of racial justice, incarceration, cognitive bias, and biodiversity and environmental sustainability. A wrap-up event will bring all groups together for the launch of the new edition of Commitment to Justice in Jesuit Higher Education, published by Apprentice House and featuring short essays by Loyola colleagues reflecting on how they engage justice in their own work.
