Loyola Scholarships

These scholarships provide financial assistance to students with strong academic ability and achievement. Scholarships are limited to entering freshmen who, in the judgment of the Scholarship Committee, are most deserving of assistance based upon academic merit.

The Loyola Scholarship was established to recognize and reward students with outstanding academic talent and credentials. Students were selected on a competitive basis considering a comprehensive review of their high school academic record including grade performance, course selection, honors, and teacher/college counselor recommendations. Standardized test scores were not required for consideration, but will be reviewed, if provided by the applicant. To be considered for a Loyola Scholarship, a student must apply for admission to Loyola by January 15.

During the 2016-17 year, awards will range from $12,000 to $14,000. All Loyola Scholarships are awarded for four years provided the student maintains the term and cumulative GPA requirements and credit completion requirements stated at the time of admission.
