While on-campus housing is not available for graduate students at Loyola, the university has a partnership with Places4students.com, an online off-campus housing registry. Please visit their site to find leads on a variety of housing, to find a roommate, or to list available housing yourself.
It is free for Loyola students, faculty, and staff to advertise a room or property on Places4Students.com. Simply register with them using your loyola.edu address.
Loyola has also signed an agreement with the Southern Management Corporation, some of whose properties are also listed on the registry. They have agreed to provide our graduate students a waiver of application fee, waiver of credit check, and a waiver of move-in deposit. Loyola graduate students are also eligible for instant approval at their apartment communities.
Loyola University Maryland does not endorse or recommend any particular off-campus housing, and is not responsible for the safety and security of the housing listings posted on the Places4Students.com registry; therefore, we urge you to inspect these options carefully, and discuss the details of the leasing agreements with the respective landlords.
