The Loyola University Maryland child care voucher program is available to benefits-eligible employees (full time, four-fifths, core, or half time), who have children in licensed day care and/or before and after school programs.
Once per year, employees will have to provide a copy of their tax Form 1040 showing eligible dependents and a copy of their day care provider’s license. If employees change day care providers, a copy of the new license will be required. Monthly Cost Verification Forms for reimbursement must be submitted monthly and reimbursement will be monthly.
Employees using this program must reduce their dependent care flexible spending accounts by the amounts received from this voucher program. Please refer to the program guidelines for a complete description of this program.
