What You Can Expect
Your project, delivered on time, on budget, with care. You may even talk with four or five different MarComm members. Rest assured, we are talking with each other, too. Our team of professionals believes in collaboration and meeting—no, make that exceeding—expectations.
We strive to deliver perfect products and services on time, and we know that occasionally a rush job will come up. When that happens we will be upfront with you about your options and propose solutions that work within your timeline. If it’s impossible to meet your timing, we’ll let you know right away. Let’s work together and do our best!
Here are our requested lead times (extra time is always appreciated!):
- Quick Web Request (e.g., broken link, redirect)
Zero to 48 hours
- Small Task (e.g., existing logo, existing photos – small quantity)
Five business days
- Project Pieces (e.g., invitation, ad, poster, event site, press release)
Please allow at least six weeks for all projects that include printed materials. Particularly complex projects may require more time. Please get in touch with us as early as possible so we can develop a schedule that meets your needs; if you are concerned that you may not have enough time to execute your project, please reach out to us anyway so we can discuss options that might work for you.
