Mass Emails

If you need to email an extremely large group of people on campus (such as all faculty), contact Kim Hall at krhall@loyola.edu. She will review your message, determine the most appropriate channel, and set you up with permisions to send to a distribution list if necessary.

Read the mass communication policy.

Email Template Design

Are you sending an email to an external audience? Loyola uses software and templates to make sure that your message reaches the intended audience and the office of web communications is here to help you with that. Submit a Project Request Form for assistance with creating and sending a mass email.

Submit an Idea

Have an idea for a great story or feature you'd like shared with the Loyola community? Send your ideas through our idea submission form for consideration in Loyola communications.
