Departments can request Charter Bus services for Loyola-sponsored events.
Buses are available for charters within a 100 mile radius of the campus at the following rates:
- 13 passenger @ $25/hr + $.44 per mile after the first 50 miles
- 21 passenger @ $30/hr + $.54 per mile after the first 50 miles
- 40 passenger @ $40/hr + $.76 per mile after the first 50 miles
There is a 4 hour minimum charge on all charters. While we can give estimates on trips, billing is done by exact times. After the charters are successfully completed, a budget adjustment form will be sent to the sponsoring department for the charges.
Buses will arrive 15 minutes prior to departure and loading times.
Request a Charter
In order to provide the best service possible, we ask that you submit the online form at least 14 business days prior to the date of your charter. Any charter request that is submitted cannot be guaranteed.
Once a charter is submitted, you will see the status of the request under reservations. Each request submitted has a specific ID number which may be used as a reference. In order for a charter request to be considered, specific information such as date, time, and budget number must be filled out properly. Any changes to a charter after being submitted are not guaranteed.
