In order to provide the best service possible, we ask that you please submit the online form at least two weeks prior to the date of your charter.

Once charters are submitted, you will be contacted by the scheduling coordinator confirming the request. Charter availability is never guaranteed.

For charters, buses will arrive 15 minutes prior to departure and loading times. We request that all fields are completed on the form including the budget number and itinerary. There is a four hour minimum charge on all charters.

Buses are available for charter within a 100 mile radius of the campus at the following rates:

13 passenger @ $25/hr + $.44 per mile after the first 50 miles
21 passenger @ $30/hr + $.54 per mile after the first 50 miles
44 passenger @ $40/hr + $.76 per mile after the first 50 miles

Our buses have an AM/FM radio with CD and cassette player, and are air-conditioned for your comfort.

After the charters are successfully completed, a budget adjustment form will be sent to the sponsoring department for the charges.
