Motor pool hours of operation:

Monday through Friday 7a.m. - 8 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Motor pool summer hours of operation:
Monday - Friday:  7 a.m .- 6 p.m.

Motor pool reservations are done through our online reservation or fax. After a request is sent there should be a confirmation. If there was no confirmation received, call ext. 5396 as your request was not successful.

All drivers must complete the Driver Clearance process found on Inside Loyola to drive a motor pool vehicle. Once approved, the driver must read vehicle policies, driver responsibilities, vehicle breakdowns, and emergency protocol. When picking up a motor pool vehicle, both the printed confirmation and valid driver’s license has to be present in order to check out a vehicle. In case of an accident, we have an accident report form listed under forms that must be filled out.

If a motor pool request has to be canceled or you are running late either checking in or out a vehicle, please call ext. 5396.
