Departments have the option of submitting master schedule data using a template supplied by the Records Office or their own template developed in accordance with the guidelines below.

Department Template Guidelines

  1. File Type: MS Word or Excel.

  2. Document Setup:

    -Sheet Size: Legal (8.5" x 14")

    -Style: Table or columnar format with gridlines

    -Font: Arial or Times New Roman, 10-point

  3. Required Items:

    -Division: Graduate, Undergraduate, or Other (specify)

    -Department

    -Academic Year/Term

    -Columns (in order listed):

      Course Key
      Course Title
      Credits
      Room (Records Office)
      Pre-Assign (Records Office)
      Days/Times
      Instructor – Full Name (include Title/ID# for New Hires)
      ENR Limit
      Overload
      Dates, Comments, Restrictions

    -Comments:

    -Department Chair’s Signature/Date
