Students wishing to audit a course may do so on a space-available basis if approval is granted prior to the beginning of the semester by the academic advisor and the faculty member involved. Students who register to audit a course may not change their registration and take the course for credit, nor may students who register to take a course for credit change to audit after the following dates:

Spring 2013 Semester: January 17, 2013

Summer 2013 Session I: June 3, 2013
Summer 2013 Session II: July 16, 2013

Fall 2013 Semester: September 6, 2013

Listener status denotes that the student is auditing the course. To receive a grade of L on the transcript, the student must satisfy the attendance and other course requirements set by the instructor for an official audit. Students not meeting the requirements set for an audit will receive a final grade of AW.
