Current students can request transcripts via the Web using Inside Loyola, WebAdvisor. This method provides a secure system that allows for identification and authentication that you are the source of the electronic request/consent. Please follow the instructions below to use this method for requesting a transcript.

WebAdvisor requests are checked once every business morning on the days that the University is open. When the University is closed, requests will be checked on the next business day that administrative offices are open.

WebAdvisor requests are printed every business morning and processed within 5 business days of the time that they were printed.

To make arrangements for rush orders or for immediate assistance, contact the Records Office, 410-617-2682 or 5032 or 2482.
Instructions

Go to Inside Loyola and login.

Click Academic Profile, then Request a Paper Transcript under the WebAdvisor menu.

Read and agree to the Terms and Conditions, click Submit.

Select a transcript delivery method, click Submit.

Complete the request form, click Submit.

When the confirmation screen appears, click OK to exit.

To check the status of your request, click Academic Profile, then Status of Paper Transcript under the WebAdvisor menu.
Please note:

Upon receipt of an official transcript, do not open the envelope as this will render the transcript unofficial, and the recipient may require you to provide another copy.

If you wish to see your transcript, be sure to request an unofficial copy for your review.

For unofficial transcripts, please include the complete mailing address.
