Since receiving her national accreditation from the National Council on Strength and Fitness, Melanie has helped individuals with a variety of goals including weight loss, body building and functional strength training. Expanding into the world of group fitness, Melanie teaches Bootcamp and AbSolution. She has the ability to work with a variety of clients to make positive lifestyle changes.
