You are required to either enroll online in the Loyola-sponsored Student Health Insurance plan, or submit an online request to waive coverage. To waive coverage, your plan must have comparable coverage based on Loyola’s waiver criteria. Please review your current plan to be sure that your benefits extend to the Maryland area.

The deadline date is August 31, 2016. If you do not make your insurance selection by this date you will be automatically enrolled in the Loyola-sponsored Student Health Insurance Plan.
The rates for the 2016-17 Loyola-sponsored Student Health Insurance Plan are:
- Annual: $1,823 (for the period 8/15/16 - 8/14/17)
- Fall: $695 (for the period 8/15/16 – 12/31/16) *exception only
- Spring: $1,128 (for the period 1/1/17 – 8/14/17) *new students only
- Summer: $529 (for the period 5/1/17 - 8/14/17 *graduate students only
