What is LeaderShape?

The LeaderShape Program is a wonderful personal development opportunity that brings together student leaders from each college in Baltimore. The program is intentionally designed for students with a passion for service and a commitment to being a civic-minded leader. Beginning with a week long summer institute and retreat, you will be provided the groundwork for developing a vision and an organized plan for a Baltimore community-oriented service project that will challenge your strengths and incorporate your personal interests. After the retreat, you will be supplied various support systems and invaluable resources as you work to make your impact on Baltimore. Additionally, the student leaders from other local colleges will become allies and friends as you mutually step beyond the institutional lines and become members of the same greater community. With that in mind, consider your school pride as you will act as Loyola’s representative to the LeaderShape Program.
