- 74 doubles with shared baths on the floor that are cleaned daily by University personnel.
- Lobby with desk assistant, laundry room, two large common lounges, and several small study lounges on each floor.
- Each room in Hopkins is furnished with: two beds (with under bed drawers), two desks with chairs, two dressers, and two wardrobe closets. All rooms are fully carpeted and have air conditioning.

- Four to six resident apartments and suites containing two or three bedrooms, a common room, bathroom, kitchen, and dining room.

- Four resident apartments and suites containing two bedrooms, a common room, bathroom, kitchen, and dining room.

- Upperclass resident apartments containing two, three, or four bedrooms, a common room, bathroom, kitchen, and dining room.
- First-Year student suties containing two bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, and small dining room.

- Large common lounge available for residents 24 hrs/day.
- Each room in Lange is furnished with: beds, desks with chairs, dressers and closet space/ wardrobe. Each kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, refrigerator, sink, and cabinets.
