Public Campus Printing
All Loyola campuses are equipped with public computer laboratories with printing for current students, faculty, administrators, and staff.
Smart Printing is here! Loyola has adopted a new printing program, giving you a secure and convenient way to print to locations across campus, while also enabling us to lower the cost and environmental impact of printing and photocopying. With Smart Printing, you can print a document from your computer, and pick it up at any Smart Printing device on campus by swiping your Loyola ID.
Need help with a Smart Printer? Call the Office of Technology Support at x5555 for help with a public area printer. For help with a department printer, call our service partner, Konica Minolta Business Services at 800-456-5664. Please have the printer ID number available (located on the front of the printer) when you call.
Printing at the Loyola/Notre Dame Library (LNDL) is available to students and staff at both institutions. Learn how to print at the Library.
Send a print job to a Loyola lab and pick it up on the way to class or residence hall. Simply send an email (from your @loyola.edu address) with the attached document to email@example.com. You will receive an e-mail receipt and have two hours to print your document from a designated Loyola print station. Learn how to send mobile print jobs. (PDF)
