Public Campus Printing

All Loyola campuses are equipped with public computer laboratories with printing for current students, faculty, administrators, and staff.

Allocated Student Printing

Loyola has adopted an Allocated Printing Program on all of our campuses. The purpose of the program is to support the university sustainability initiatives to reduce the amount of consumable waste (toner, paper) being generated by our University. In order to facilitate this initiative, students will be allocated print credits for each fall/spring semester and summer session. Learn more about allocated student printing.

Mobile Printing

Send a print job to a Loyola lab and pick it up on the way to class or residence hall.  Simply send an email (from your @loyola.edu address) with the attached document to mobileprint@loyola.edu.  You will receive an e-mail receipt and have two hours to print your document from a designated Loyola print station. Print stations are located in every residence hall computer lab, Knott Hall 002, Knott Hall Breezeway (the vending machine area), and the alcove on the first floor of Sellinger Hall. Learn how to send mobile print jobs.

Smart Printing

In an effort to align with the University’s cost savings and sustainability initiatives, the University is moving towards a Smart Printing program.  Smart Printing is an administration program that will enable Loyola to significantly lower the cost and environmental impact of printing and photocopying on campus.
