CareerLeader (graduate business students/business alumni only)
CareerLeader is an interactive, online program currently being used by more than 170 top business and MBA programs in the U.S. and around the world to help guide their students. ($30 alumni fee; free for graduate business students). Take a guided tour. CareerLeader will:
- Provide you with expert assessments of your unique pattern of business-relevant interests, values and abilities.
- Integrate your results, recommending specific career paths that are likely to be your best career path matches.
- Rate your entrepreneurial attributes.
- Provide you with in-depth views into 27 business career paths, including information about the interests, rewards, and abilities associated with each one. Many career paths also include an in-depth interview with an industry insider, for further insights.
- Help you to understand key elements of corporate culture and how you will fit in with each.
- Recognize and help you to cure your career "Achilles Heel."

Glassdoor is a free jobs and career community that offers an inside look at jobs and companies. The "employee generated content", including anonymous salaries, company reviews, interview questions and more, is posted by employees, job seekers and sometimes companies. Job seekers also can browse job listings and get instant, in-depth details for any job listing, including salaries and review posted by employees.

Going Global offers expert advice and resources for finding jobs and internships both at home and abroad. LinkedIn built a powerful tool for job-seekers to research and pursue job opportunities tailored just for them, as well as provides a comprehensive salary database. With their job postings, LinkedIn provides unique, at-a-glance insights to put more power in the job seeker’s hands.
Create your own account using your Loyola email address. Internships.com is the largest database of up-to-date internships offered to students. There are postings for the U.S. as well as abroad. Search by major, compensation, and/or location to locate an opportunity that suits your needs.
Looksharp helps students find amazing internships and entry-level jobs. Looksharp works with over 30,000 employers ranging from brand name companies (Amazon, Instagram, Goldman Sachs, Verizon, etc.) to thousands of startups, non-profits and small businesses. TheLadders.com offers online job search resources and content for the $100k+ job seekers and recruiters. Their specialized job search engines cover the following fields: sales, marketing, finance, human resources, law, technology, operations, and more.
