The Study’s peer tutoring program is certified by the College Reading and Learning Association’s (CRLA) International Tutor Program Certification (ITPC).

“CRLA is a group of student-oriented professionals active in the fields of reading, learning assistance, developmental education, tutoring, and mentoring at the college/adult level” (http://www.crla.net/).

The Study’s ITP certification allows our professional staff to effectively train and certify peer tutors. Tutors undergo comprehensive tutor training workshops and staff observations before they are certified to tutor.
