In addition, a wide selection of premium entrees are available that include: New York Strip Steaks, fresh Yellow fin Tuna and Jumbo Shrimp

…Is a carvery where rotisserie style chicken can be found, or watch our staff carve to order the leanest choice beef, golden brown turkey or a roasted prime rib. Choose from two starches, two vegetables and three sauces that accompany these selections to create a unique and well balanced meal suited to your personal tastes.

The Italian Eatery

The Italian Eatery is the epitome of freshness. In this piece of Italy fresh pastas are prepared daily and topped to order with a delightful assortment of sauces and ingredients, from our signature Marinara to a Creamy Cajun Sauce with Andouille Sausage and our delicate vodka and rose’ sauces. Watch our chefs hand toss crusts for a variety of pizza types and styles cooked in our fiery brick oven and served whole or by the slice. Take full advantage of this Italian eatery by ordering a popular Italian entree, combining it with one of 4 pasta dishes daily and Primo's home baked breads...mama mia!

Smart Market

A grab and go menu consisting of salads, sandwiches, wraps, desserts, hot microwaveable meals, and more. Need a food fix in a hurry? Smart Market is just that…. Fresh food fast!

The Convenience Store

The Convenience Store can be found in every space and at every serving area in Primo’s. Two thousand plus items are available for the convenience of the Loyola College Community; basic commodities like shampoo and flour to gourmet sauces, candies and fresh made meals and accessories ready to eat or heat. Fresh produce, frozen vegetarian entrees, breakfast cereals, all of the ingredients for a special Italian recipe or a birthday cake….the list grows daily as we happily meet the requests of the community. If you need a special item, just let our team know and we’ll have it for you within 48 hours.

The Delicatessen

The Delicatessen is among the best delis in all of Baltimore . Several areas make up the deli component of Primo’s. The first is a New York style deli featuring top quality Block’n’Barrel Products, that makes sandwiches and sells various salads, meats, cheeses and delicious ready to eat meal components by the pound. This year we have also introduced fresh made breads and subs just like we have available for you at Boulder Garden !!

“Wrap it Up” is a wrap station that has proved very popular among our students. Wrap selections include: Thai Chicken, Grilled Vegetables with Avocado and Herb Cream Cheese, and Baja Seafood.

The Garden Dreams is another very popular station. Spectacular sauté dishes and specialty items can be found at Garden Dreams this year.

The Barrista

The Barrista is a specialty shop that offers the signature brand Starbuck’s Coffee and Teas. In addition to the fresh Starbuck’s coffee of the day and hot and cold coffee and espresso drinks, a student can choose from a variety of scrumptious pastries and baked goods, for breakfast, a snack or dessert, many baked fresh daily in Primo’s exhibition bakery. Here you may order Primo’s cakes for all occasions and other gifts.

The Salad Bar

The Salad Bar is an island of crisp and cool baby greens, salad vegetables, gourmet salads and dressings, with two fresh soups daily. Priced by the pound, the Salad Bar is a great way to round out a meal or have an economical and healthy lunch, offering a minimum of 18 items changing daily.
