THE INN AT THE COLONNADE DIRECT BILL ACCOUNT #: L1204 Change in Reservation Calling Process Effective March 15, 2004, the Inn will utilize a call center to process reservations. In order to make a new reservation, you will call the hotel directly at (410) 235-5400 and ask for Ainsley Beardwood (e-mail Beardwood-Ainsley@aramark.com). In requesting to make a reservation, you will need to clarify that your charges will be direct billed. Your call will then be transferred to Ms. Beardwood who will process your reservation. If you need to make a change to an existing reservation, you will continue to make these changes directly with the guest service agent at the hotel by calling (410) 235-5400 or faxing @ (410) 235-5772. An important feature of this new reservation system is the direct bill authorization process. It is imperative that the person making the reservation is listed with the hotel as an approved billing contact. If you are not the designated department contact, please forward this information to the appropriate person and call the hotel to update your account.
