Putting Justice in Education Series

The Social Justice Committee in the Education Department at Loyola
College of Maryland is dedicated to the service of faith and promotion
of justice, in issues related to the education of children and adolescents.

To education for social justice, we promote enhanced knowledge
about inequality, to be transformed into action and advocacy.

The Putting Justice in Education Series began in spring 2005.

The major aims of this series are to:
 *acknowledge and examine issues pertaining to the equity of
schooling opportunities at
the local and/or national levels;
 *create a forum for dialog among the Loyola Community
and citizens of Baltimore City.
