Change Process Mini-Paper

In class, you have been introduced to many models of change, including Hall and Hord's Concerns Based Adoption Model, Apple Classrooms of Tomorrow's Five Stage Process, and the Marcovitz Innovation Models. Reflect on these and other models and assess your school's progression on these models with respect to technological innovation. You should keep in mind:

• Your school acts in some ways as a unit and in some ways as many individuals, so your analysis should take this into account, thinking about the shcool as a whole and individuals.
• Change is a process and not necessarily a linear process.
• Technology is a broad category and can be considered one large innovation or several separate innovations, so you will have to decide on the focus for your paper.

Your paper should be approximately 3 double-spaced pages (that is not a lot) so be concise, but be sure to tie the models of change to the situation in your school.
