Event Services is a full service operation responsible for the scheduling, planning, and execution of all events held on campus or sponsored by campus groups.  We are charged with ensuring a quality experience for all attendees of events while maximizing the use of existing facilities.  We maintain the College's Master Calendar of Events and disseminate information throughout the college community.

   Event Services is also responsible for all commercial reloaction on campus for Faculty and Administrative offices.  We provide courteous and timely support and coordination with other support departments to help ensure that relocation needs are met.  

   During the summer months we are also responsible for the College's Summer Conference Program.  This is accomplished through the successful coordination of event and residential facilities to internal and external audiences whose goals and aims are consistent with the Jesuit mission of the College.
