If you are unable to access Loyola's online Service Request system, you may call the Facilities Customer Service Desk at 410.617.2200 or 410.617.5100.  Our regular hours of operation are:

7:30 AM - 5:00 PM

If you have an URGENT request that requires IMMEDIATE attention (e.g.. fire, flooding, dangerous electrical situation, hazardous or safety issues, etc.) please call Campus Police at 410-617-5911.

The Facilities Department is committed to establishing and maintaining a campus that positively contributes to the beauty, function and safety of the educational, residential and recreational structures of the College and to the surrounding community.  We strive to provide and maintain high quality service by furnishing timely and cost-effective support to the College, its students, faculty and staff through an experienced, knowledgeable and courteous staff.


  • Service Requests - Work Orders
    Use your "universal username" (Outlook and desktop login) to log into Loyola's Datastream Service Request portal for routine maintenance and repairs, environmental (cleaning) services, grounds maintenance, office signs and requests for student furniture.
