COPYRIGHT PERMISSION PROCEDURE

Generally speaking, royalty fees are not budgeted by individual departments. There are no institutional funds allocated for this purpose. Therefore, faculty who make extensive use of duplicated material in their classes should make every effort to collect these materials into anthologies before the start of the semester, secure copyright permissions, reproduce the materials through Printing and Mail Services, and distribute them to students through the College Bookstore. Students will be charged for all costs of duplication, distribution and copyright fees.
