Master of Accounting

Get ready for the CPA exam and hit the job market

The Master of Accounting (MAcc) program is for accounting majors and candidates with equivalent coursework. The program is one year in length, full-time, beginning in May or September, and enables graduates to sit for the CPA exam. All classes are at the Baltimore campus. Students experience guest speakers and events, a spring or fall internship at top local accounting firms with potential job opportunities, and access to business community members. Merit awards are available. The Accounting Certificate, a three-month program for credits toward the 150-hour requirement for CPA licensure, is also available. Students may be able to transfer the four courses from Accounting Certificate to the Master of Accounting program.
