Continuing Professional Education, a non-degree course enrollment option, provides the currently certified teacher the opportunity to take individual courses and workshops at Loyola. Qualified individuals (bachelor's degree and teacher certification required) are eligible to take one or more courses per term without enrolling in a degree or certificate program. Courses taken through Continuing Professional Education carry graduate credit but generally do not apply toward an advanced degree - although students who elect to apply for degree status may use up to two courses if admitted as a candidate prior to the completion of the second course taken through CPE.
