Welcome

The Office of Graduate Admission is pleased that you are interested in pursuing a graduate program of study at Loyola College in Maryland. Applicants are responsible for obtaining and submitting all application materials, transcripts, test scores, and other required documentation. Accuracy and completion of recorded entries is most important and may affect your admission status, advisement, and registration.

Eligibility

Admission to a graduate program requires a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in the United States or proof of equivalent education at a foreign university. A complete application consists of an Application for Admission, all official transcripts and test scores, applicable essays and professional letters of recommendation, and application fee.

International Applicants

In addition to the general admission requirements, International applicants on a Student Visa (F-1) who do not possess a degree conferred by a U.S – accredited higher education institution, must submit the results of the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL).

Transcripts

Please request that official transcripts from all university and colleges attended for both undergraduate and graduate coursework be sent directly to the Office of Graduate Admission.

Test Scores

Please request that official test scores for the Graduate Record Examination (GRE), the Graduate Management Admission Test (GMAT), and other relevant, standardized measures applicable to your program selection be sent directly to the Office of Graduate Admission (CEEB Code: 5370).

The Office of Graduate Admission has developed recommendation forms that can be submitted online, or by mail.  PDF links can be accessed through each department's Apply for Admission links. To submit recommendations on line, complete the preliminary program selection process and then select the appropriate links at the top and bottom of the online forms.
