The leaders of tomorrow's business world won't be those driven solely by the narrow focus of a business pedigree. They will be bold thinkers from diverse backgrounds who have cultivated a rich variety of interests and ideas. These interests lead to unique experiences that they draw upon to broaden their perspectives, prompt new avenues of thought and ask the big questions. We need leaders who are free of the trappings of conventional business wisdom. Leaders who are ready to innovate, break rules, and test theories against a new, constantly evolving economic environment. So, the question is, who are these new leaders?
