Honors Facts:
HONORS EXPERIENCE: (See the HONORS EXPERIENCE SCHEDULE on the Honors Website (http://www.loyola.edu/honorsprogram/honors/) and the SIGNUP POLICY document on Blackboard): Sign up with Mrs. Janet Klinghoffer in the Center for Academic Services and Support (Maryland Hall) for all Honors Experience Events that require tickets (including the fall and spring field trips). Mrs. Klinghoffer will give out tickets and keep a record of students' participation in the Honors Experience. Participation in the Honors Experience is an important part of your membership in the Honors Program

COLLOQUIA: Colloquia are out-of-class discussions, most often tied to on-or off-campus events, on various topics of interest to students and faculty of the college. All Honors students must participate in two Colloquia per semester in order to earn a passing grade for HN100: The Honors Experience.  See the document HONORS COLLOQUIUM SERIES in Blackboard.

STUDY ABROAD: If you are thinking of spending a semester or a year studying abroad, see the Program director as soon as possible to plan a course of study that will allow you to have the international experience and fulfill all Honors Program requirements.

HONORS STUDY LOUNGE: A study lounge for HONORS students is located on the third floor of the Humanities Center (HU301). The lounge contains comfortable seating and work space, and stocks a wide range of current periodicals. Come and make yourself at home!
