The University will reopen on Wednesday, January 2, 2013 from the Christmas break. The University will provide one additional holiday during the summer to be chosen by the employee in consultation with his or her supervisor. Persons required to work on any given holiday will be entitled to a compensatory holiday, at a later time, subject to supervisor's scheduling. As another option, hourly employees may be paid holiday plus overtime for any hours worked over the regular schedule for the week. |
