Hours & Wages

820 hours/year (including 6-9 p.m. Monday and Wednesday for calling)
$15/hour (part stipend, part scholarship)

QualificationsThe Assistants must be flexible, realizing that their roles can change dramatically hour-to-hour and day-to-day based on the needs of the department. 
ResponsibilitiesThe role of the two Graduate Assistants is to support the staff and activities sponsored by Loyola’s Office of Alumni Relations.  Positions will assist with coverage of the office’s main phone line, marketing of programs and volunteer management, and special events planning and management.  Almost every Monday and Wednesday from 6-9 p.m., manage Work Study Students for the event phonathon. Registrations from calling will be entered into Access and monitored by the Graduate Assistants. Calling results will be tracked by the Director of Alumni Relations.
