Hours & Wages

125 hours/semester
$14.70/hour (50% stipend, 50% scholarship)

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in education or psychology.  Experience in providing direct student services, such as tutoring or counseling.  Experience with various software applications, preferably some knowledge of adaptive technology for students with disabilities.  Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills, ability to work independently and effectively is a must, ability to work well with a college student population as well as with members of the Center for Academic Services and Support and ability to be assertive when dealing with conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

To provide assistance to students in The Study during operation hours, monitor daily activities in The Study and maintain a record of Study use, activities, equipment use, and requests for additional center services.
