| Responsibilities | Support faculty in the pursuit of research and service activities including searching databases, visiting libraries to collect journal articles, inputting data, other research related duties as assigned. Collect latest research and theoretical information for faculty members’ teaching obligation including contacting authors for permission to use materials, producing powerpoint slides or overheads, preparing handouts for classroom distribution. Administrative duties that support the department (i.e., Organizing and tracking the published materials in the resource center, assisting with open house, and assisting staff an faculty with accreditation self study reports and visitations). Each assistant will also be given duties based on his or her areas of interest, expertise, and department needs. |
