Counseling or Psychology Graduate Students preferred, but will consider other programs; good computer skills, familiar with the internet, e-mail, Microsoft Office and ability to learn the Career Center’s resume referral database system; evening work is required; excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills; highly organized and detail-oriented individual; ability to interact effectively with the college and corporate communities; great team player; strong writing skills are essential; quick learner; flexible; willing to travel to other campuses (Timonium, Columbia) as needed. | | Responsibilities | Provide Career services primarily to undecided majors, sophomores, graduate students and alumni. Specific Responsibilities include: Conducting special programs for target groups; Assisting students, alumni, and employers with on-line services (eRecruiting and on-line testing); Assisting clients utilizing the Career Resource Library; Conducting workshops on job interviewing, resume writing and job-seeking techniques as needed; Critique resumes and conduct practice interviews; Assisting with individual advising sessions; Assist with the compilation and research of information for the Follow-Up Study, Progress and Annual Reports. | Contact Information | Dr. CreSaundra Sills 410-617-2232 csills@loyola.edu |
