Student Employment The office of human resources, in conjunction with the office of financial aid, strives to create a workplace and working community at Loyola which models for our students "strong truths, well lived." Our vision of student employment—both undergraduate and graduate—is to provide students with the opportunity to work on campus, working hand-in-hand with our faculty, staff, and administrators to fulfill Loyola's mission and their own potentials. Human resources would like Loyola to be a place where students come not just to learn from their course work, but also for personal fulfillment and job experience. The National Student Employment Association states:
While our creeds and beliefs sometimes differ, we are all collaborators in an important endeavor, striving together to realize the Ignatian vision of education at Loyola. Individually and collectively, we are called to serve others with care and concern for the whole person that is at the heart of Jesuit education. In so doing, we will make Loyola an institution worthy of our efforts and deserving of our pride. Undergraduate Employment For Students
