Academic Apparel

Academic apparel is available for rental by individuals participating in the Convocation's processional. The pricing is as follows:

• Bachelor (cap, gown, hood and tassel): $32.70
• Master (cap, gown, hood and tassel): $34.65
• Doctor (cap, gown, hood and tassel): $35.45

To rent academic apparel online before October 1, 2005, be sure to follow these steps:

1) Visit www.herffjones.com/faculty

2) Type in the customer number 19000470000

3) Type in order number 535171 and click "Continue"

4) Type in password: administrator and click "Continue"

5) Under Administration Functions, "Add new faculty," click on new and proceed with your order.

After October 1, orders must be made directly by calling Herff-Jones at (703)368-9550. Payment for rentals may be made by check, payable to Loyola College, and should be submitted to the Office of Academic Ceremonies.
