Alzheimer’s Foundation of America

AFA was founded by a consortium of organizations to provide optimal care and services to individuals confronting dementia, and to their caregivers and families through member organizations dedicated to improving quality of life.

Raise Your Voice for Care is an initiative of AFA’s On Campus division, created to raise awareness and engage and empower the younger generation of advocates and champions for the cause on a nationwide campus level.
