Emira WoodsEmira Woods, co-director of Foreign Policy in Focus at the Institute for Policy Studies, will present Loyola University Maryland's third annual lecture on African and African American Affairs, titled, "Bridging the Atlantic: The Pitfalls and Potential for U.S. - Africa Engagement," on Monday, Oct. 1. The event begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Fourth Floor Program Room of the Andrew White Student Center.
