Saturday, April 16:
Gather with other members of the Baltimore community at a
peaceful march in remembrance of Freddie Gray
Monday, April 18:
#BlackLivesMatter education will be offered at tables by Boulder; a discussion on "How to be a White Ally" will be held at 7 p.m. by Starbucks.
Tuesday, April 19:
Information on Freddie Gray’s death and an update on the trials of the police officers charged in his death (at tables located by Boulder).
Wednesday, April 20:
"Hoods Up," a peaceful demonstration, will be held on the Quad at 11:50 a.m. A panel in Knott Hall B01 at 7:30 p.m. will discuss "The Baltimore Uprising: Then & Now."
Thursday, April 21:
This day will be dedicated to individuals who have lost their lives to police brutality. More information will be available on the Quad.
Friday, April 22:
Reflect and remember in a "Loyola Rising" event on the Quad from 3-5 p.m. Members of the Baltimore community will speak about their experience on and off campus in a space for solidarity, unity, and reflection.
