Do you know a graduate of Loyola’s Literacy master’s program who deserves special recognition for his or her contributions to education? Nominate that exceptional alum to receive Loyola’s eighth annual Literacy Leader Award.

A Literacy Leader:

  • Promotes literacy within the school, local, state, or national community.
  • Demonstrates accomplished practice and innovation in the area of literacy teaching and learning.
  • Enhances the literacy development of all students.
  • Models lifelong learning as a member of the professional literacy learning community.
  • Exhibits principled leadership within the school and/or community.
