On Campus Lodging
All students are required to stay on campus during the orientation program. In recent years, many parents and family members attending orientation have stayed on campus as well. If your parents and/or family members choose to stay off campus, we have compiled a list of hotels in the area. Those staying on campus will be housed in air-conditioned apartments in our residence halls.
Students will be placed into rooms with other members of the Class of 2021. Parents and other family members will be staying nearby in another building. In some cases parents will share an apartment with another person/couple. Private bathrooms and sleeping areas are provided for each family, with a common living room and kitchen. More information regarding orientation housing may be found under Frequently Asked Questions.
Towels and linens are provided for each overnight guest.
Persons with disabilities please make requests for any sleeping room accommodations at the time you make your reservations.
