Room Reservations

Please use this form to submit requests for special events to be held at the library, as well as requests to use a library room as the official meeting space for a course. If you would like to submit a request to have a film screened in the auditorium or screening room, please use the Media Request Form, or contact Pat Turkos: (410) 617-6822 or ppturkos@loyola.edu / pturkos@ndm.edu.

If you would like to request use of the instructional labs, please complete the Request for Instruction Form. All requests for special event usage of the Instructional Labs must first be approved by the Research & Instruction Services Department.
